Objectives: To receive Interim Reports on Research Projects.

Meeting Minutes
Objective	Discussion of objectives included the following:
1)	1:31 AM. Welcome and Opening, Roll Call. A quorum was present. Norman Bellamy, facilitator for the Florida Building Commission, provided a welcome and a brief introduction of the members present.
2)	The agenda was approved unanimously by the committee members. The meeting minutes for the February 25^th Energy TAC meeting was approved unanimously by the committee members.
3)	Objective: The Energy TAC was present to consider and accept the submittal of commercial energy compliance software program Energy Gauge Summit, and the residential energy compliance software program Energy Gauge USA. Muthusamy Swami was present from the Florida Solar Energy Center. With Bereket Nigusse. Muthusamy gave the presentation on Commercial Energy compliance software, Energy Gauge Summit. The presentation started with a detailing on the materials listed in the submittal for the program. The next part of the presentation was concerning the TAM (Energy Simulation Tool Approval Technical Assistance Manual 2014) and compliance with it. Also examples of the result files. It was noted that the Envelope trade-off option was not available in this version of the software due to changes in ASHRAE 90.1 changes. After discussion by the TAC members, a motion was made to approve the program as follows: The commercial compliance software Energy Gauge Summit was motioned to be accepted and presented to the Commission by Roger Sanders and seconded by Bob Cochell. The TAC approved unanimously. --- Rob Vieira was present from the Florida Solar Energy Center to gave the presentation on Residential Energy compliance software, Energy Gauge USA. The presentation started with a description of the submittal for Energy Gauge USA. Then the presentation detailed the different compliance methods that Energy Gauge will allow the user to choose. Then the presentation moved to a discussion of the test required in the TAM for approval and the tests passed by Energy Gauge. After discussion by the TAC members, a motion was made to approve the program as follows: The residential compliance software Energy Gauge USA was motioned to be accepted and presented to the Commission by Roger Sanders and seconded by Bob Cochell. The TAC approved unanimously.
4)	Public Comment. None.
5)	Adjourn: Having no other TAC business, the meeting was closed after a Motion and Second to Adjourn. Time 2:59 pm.
